You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-assignable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the Platform for your informational, non-commercial, and personal use only. Such license is for the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefit of the Platform, as provided by us, in accordance with these Platform Terms, and does not include:

You agree that we have no liability to you for any action taken under this section.

# V - Copyright Complaints

As we ask others to respect our intellectual property rights, we respect the intellectual property rights of others, and require our users and clients to do so. "HUBBLE", the Hubble logo, and slogans contained in the Platform are trademarks of Hubble, and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of Hubble.

You may not use any metatags or any other "hidden text" utilizing "Hubble" or any other name, trademark or product or service name of Hubble, without our prior written permission.

In addition, the look and feel of the Platform, including all page headers, custom graphics, button icons and scripts, is the service mark, trademark and/or trade dress of Hubble and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.

All other trademarks, trade names, product names, and company names or logos mentioned in the Platform are the property of their respective owners.

# VII - Hyperlinks

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to create a text hyperlink to the Platform for your noncommercial purposes, provided such link does not portray Hubble in a false, misleading, derogatory or otherwise defamatory manner and provided further that the linking site does not contain any adult or illegal material, or any material that is offensive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable. This limited right may be revoked at any time.

You may not use a Hubble logo or other proprietary graphic of Hubble to link to the Platform without the express written permission of Hubble. Further, you may not use, frame, or utilize framing techniques to enclose any Hubble trademark, logo or other proprietary information, including the images found at the Platform, the content of any text or the layout/design of any page or form contained on a page on the Platform, without Hubble's express written consent. Except as noted above, these terms do not grant you any right or license, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, in or under any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary right of Hubble or any third party.

Hubble is not responsible for the quality, content, nature, reliability, privacy, or security practices of any third-party websites, services, or apps that are accessible by hyperlink or otherwise from the Platform, or websites that link to the Platform. Such sites are not under the control of Hubble, and Hubble is not responsible for them. When you leave the Platform, you should be aware that our terms and policies no longer apply. remains governed by its own terms. Such third parties may change or discontinue their interfaces, revoke permissions previously granted, or restrict, suspend, or remove your account or content at any time and for reasons outside our control, and a connection may cease to function without notice to you, in which case posts scheduled against it will fail. The Firewall prohibits users from (1) sharing non-public information regarding an event sponsored by a candidate or political party with an affiliate of a group making independent expenditures or (b) sharing any non-public information regarding an event sponsored by a group making independent expenditures with a candidate or political party. This license continues even if you stop using our Site. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to grant us this license to your User Content, and that your User Content does not violate these Platform Terms or any rights of any person or entity.

You agree to use caution in all interactions with other users, particularly if you decide to communicate off the Platform or meet in person. You understand that Hubble does not conduct criminal or other background checks on its users or otherwise inquire into the background of its users. Hubble makes no representations or warranties about the conduct of users.

# Privacy Policy

Last updated on September 10, 2026

MythCoders, LLC. with its principal offices in Worthington, Ohio ("Hubble", “we”, “our” or “us”) develops Hubble a campaign management platform (the “Platform”), used by various candidates, organizations, and community organizers to manage and engage with fellow neighbors, constituents, and volunteers in political campaigns (a “Universe”).

Hubble maintains and operates the website `hubble.vote`, its subdomains and its related features (collectively, the “Site”), as well as the Hubble mobile application (the “App“), and access to the Platform, is made possible through both (the Platform, together with the Site and App - the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy describes the data we typically receive or collect whenever someone visits our Site or installs and opens our App (a “Visitor”), creates (“Owner”), manages, (“Manager”), interacts with (“Engager”), joins (“Member”) a Universe, or uses the Platform and engages with other Members of a Universe using features available via our Services (a "User").

It also describes the ownership and how and for which purposes we may use such data, where we store and for how long we retain it, with whom we may share it, our use of tracking technologies and communications, our security practices, your choices and rights (whether you are an Owner, Manager, Member, Engager or Visitor, “you”) regarding such data, our roles as “Data Controller” and “Data Processor”, and how to contact us if you have any concerns regarding this Notice or your Privacy.

Information gathered through our Services may be transferred, used, and stored in the United States. If you use our Services, you agree to the transfer, use, and storage of your Personally identifiable information (as defined below) in those countries. You agree that all transactions relating to the Services or Hubble are deemed to occur in the United States, where our servers are located.

# I - Data Collection

We collect data regarding users of our Platform, as well as Visitors to our site and app.

Such data is typically collected and generated through your interaction with our Services, through automatic means, or directly from you or your Universe Owner or Manager.

Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) is information that, when used alone or with other relevant data, can identify an individual. PII may contain direct identifiers (e.g., voter identification numbers) that can identify a person uniquely, or quasi-identifiers (e.g., sex) that can be combined with other quasi-identifiers (e.g., date of birth) to successfully recognize an individual.

## **Data automatically collected or generated**

When someone visits, interacts with or uses our Services, including any e-mail or text messages sent to them via our Services, we may collect certain technical data about them. We collect or generate such data either independently or with the help of third-party services, including through the use of “cookies” and other tracking technologies. Such data mainly consists of technical and aggregated usage data, such as IP address, non-identifying data regarding a device, operating system and browser, and user activity on our Services. It does not enable us to learn a person's true identity or contact details and serves mostly so we could better understand how our users typically use our Services and how we could improve their user experience, our marketing Universes and engagements, and the overall performance of our Services.

## **Data received from you**

You may provide us PII when you create your account (as an Owner, Manager, Member, or Engager), such as your name, contact details (such as e-mail, phone and address), profile image, account login details (such as usernames and hashed passwords) (collectively, “Account Data”), as well as any other data you choose to provide when you visit our Services, or when you contact us. You may also provide us PII when using our Platform to engage with a Universe. Such activities include but are not limited to: registering for an event with or without public comment, signing a petition with or without public comment, or responding to a canvass or online survey.

Owners may also provide us additional Account Data in order to complete their selected transaction as well as their Universe's information and preferences. To the extent that such information concerns a non-human entity (e.g., a company or business), we do not regard it as PII and this Notice shall not apply to it. As the Platform enables Owners and Managers to require or ask their Members to submit additional PII, and as Owners, Managers, Members and Engagers may choose to submit additional PII and share it with their Universe or certain other Members, the list above is not exhaustive. We will, however, indicate on the Platform, for each PII parameter, if it is “required” or “optional” for either the adequate performance of our Services or per the Owner's or Manager's requirements.

## **Data received from Owners and Managers**

Owners and Managers may use the Platform to add and invite Members to their Universe. When doing so, they may already submit such Members' PII as listed in above, in whole or in part. Any Owner and Manager doing so are solely responsible to ensure the legal basis and authority for processing such PII, its accuracy and completeness, and for providing sufficient notice and choice to their Members regarding the use of their data. The Owners are the “Data Controller” of such data, and Hubble solely acts as their “Data Processor” (as such roles are further explained below).

## Data received from connected third-party accounts

Owners and Managers may connect a third-party account to their Universe so that the Platform can\
publish on its behalf, currently a Facebook Page. Where they do, we receive and store that account's\
identifier, its name, the permissions granted to us, the date of the connection, the Manager who\
made it, and an encrypted access token authorizing us to publish. We request only the permissions\
the feature requires: to see the Pages the connecting Manager administers, to read the connected\
Page, and to publish posts to it. We do not collect the connecting user's profile, friends or\
followers, e-mail address held by that platform, private messages, or advertising accounts, and we\
do not collect data about the people who follow or interact with the connected account.

When a post is published, its message and any link it contains are sent to the third-party platform.\
Where the post includes an image, we provide the platform a temporary address for the image file,\
valid for thirty minutes, from which the platform downloads and retains its own copy. Once\
published, the post is governed by that platform's own terms and privacy notice rather than this\
Notice.

# II - Data Controller and Data Processor

Certain data protection laws and regulations typically distinguish between two main roles for parties processing PII:

* the “Data Controller”, who determines the purposes and means of processing, and
* the “Data Processor”, who processes the data on behalf of the Data Controller.

Below we explain how these roles apply to our Services, to the extent that such laws and regulations apply.

Hubble processes certain data collected by our Services solely on each Owner's behalf and such Owner retains ownership of their respective data. Each Owner is the “Data Controller” of their Managers', Members', and Engagers' PII (excluding Account Data) when Hubble processes such data. This means that in such cases, we will only process such data in accordance with the reasonable instructions of the Owner, subject to our Terms of Service and our contractual agreements, and strictly on their behalf. The Owner will be solely responsible for meeting any legal requirements applicable to Data Controllers (such as establishing a legal basis for processing and responding to Data Subject Rights requests concerning the data they control).

Hubble is the “Data Controller” of all data that is required to operate our Services. This includes but is not limited to the Account Data of users, the geocoordinate positions of Addresses, and Voter Information and History received from public records. In addition, certain PII when it processes such data for its own purposes. This means that when processing is performed for Hubble purposes (as set forth under this Notice), namely PII which pertains to Owners, Managers, Members, and Engagers overall use of our Services, then Hubble will control such data, and assume the responsibilities of Data Controller (solely to the extent applicable under law).

# III - Data Security

We are committed to securing your data and use many security measures to better protect it. However, as we can't guarantee absolute protection, we encourage you to be aware of the risk when using the services or providing us with your personal data.

In order to protect your PII held with us and our Service Providers, we are using industry-standard physical, procedural and electronic security measures. However, please be aware that regardless of the security measures used, we cannot and do not guarantee the absolute protection and security of any Personal Data stored with us or with any third parties.

# IV - Data Sharing

{% hint style="warning" %}
We may share your data with certain third parties, including certain service providers, law enforcement agencies, and our affiliated companies - but **only** in accordance with this notice.
{% endhint %}

## **Sharing PII with Owners, Managers, Members, and Engagers of your Universe**

Once you join a Universe, your user profile will be made available to all Owners and their appointed Managers of such Universe. All or part of your user profile may also be made available to other Members of a Universe you join, according to the discretion of the Owners and Managers of that Universe. Please note that Hubble is not responsible for nor controls any further disclosure, use, or monitoring by or on behalf of your Owners, Managers, or Members.

## **Compliance with Laws, Legal Processes, and Authorities**

We may disclose or allow government and law enforcement officials access to certain PII, in response to a subpoena, search warrant, or court order (or similar requirement), or in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including for national security purposes. Such disclosure or access may occur with or without notice to you if we have a good faith belief that we are legally compelled to do so, or that disclosure is appropriate in connection with efforts to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding actual or suspected illegal activity, fraud, or other wrongdoing.

## **Service Providers**

We may engage selected third-party companies and individuals to perform services complementary to our own (e.g. hosting and server co-location services, data analytics services, marketing agencies, advertising services, data and cybersecurity services, fraud detection and prevention services, user engagement services, e-mail distribution, and monitoring services, session recording, remote access services, and our business, legal, financial and privacy advisors) (collectively, “Service Providers“). These Service Providers may have access to your PII, depending on each of their specific roles and purposes in facilitating and enhancing our Services, and may only use it for such purposes. Hubble remains responsible and liable for any PII processing done by Service Providers on its behalf, other than for events outside of its reasonable control.

## **Third-Party Integrations**

The Services may allow you to integrate with certain third-party services, in which case you will be bound by the terms of service and privacy notices of said third parties - so please make sure you read and accept them. We do not receive or store your passwords for any of these third-party services.

Where you connect a third-party account so that the Platform may publish on its behalf, we use the\
data received from that account solely to publish the posts scheduled in your Universe and to report\
their status back to you. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not\
transfer it to data brokers or any other third party. You may disconnect such an account at any\
time, as described in [Data Deletion](/privacy-policy/ix-data-deletion).

## **Protecting Rights and Safety**

We may share your PII with others, with or without notice to you, if we believe in good faith that this will help protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Hubble, any of our users, or any members of the general public.

For the removal of doubt, Hubble may share your PII in additional manners, pursuant to your explicit approval, or if we are legally obligated to do so, or if we have successfully rendered such data, not PII. We may transfer, share, or otherwise use non-PII at our sole discretion and without the need for further approval.

# V - Data Storage and Retention

## Owner, Member, and Member Account Data

We retain the Account Data of Owners, Managers, and Members as reasonably necessary to preserve and expand our mutual relationship, and thereafter in accordance with our Data Retention Policy.

## **Member Data**

Manager, Member, and Engager Data Retention: We retain the PII of Managers, Members, and Engagers (to the extent that we are the “Data Processor” of such Member data) as instructed or authorized by the Owner, and thereafter in accordance with our Data Retention Policy.

## **Visitor Data**

We retain indefinitely all data collected on visitors to our Services.

## Connected Account Credentials

Access tokens for third-party accounts connected to a Universe are stored encrypted, retained for as\
long as the connection remains active, and deleted when the account is disconnected or the token is\
revoked by the third-party platform. See [Data Deletion](/privacy-policy/ix-data-deletion).

If you have any questions about our Data Storage Retention Policy, please contact us at <hello@hubble.vote>.

# VI - Data Usage

We use PII in order to provide our services and make them better and safer; in accordance with our contractual obligations towards community owners; to contact our visitors and users, and in order to comply with applicable laws.

We collect and use PII for the following purposes, in order to facilitate and perform our engagements with our users, in order to comply with the laws applicable to us, and based on our legitimate interests for maintaining and improving our Services and protecting and securing our Services, ourselves and our users:

# VII - Communications

We or our partners may send promotional communications, that you can easily opt-out of receiving. We may also contact you with service-related communications. You will not be able to opt-out of receiving such communications.

## Service Communications

We may contact you with important information regarding our Services. For example, we may notify you (through any of the means available to us) of changes or updates to our Services, service changes, password-retrieval notices, etc. You will not be able to opt-out of receiving such service communications.

We may provide such notices through any of the contact means available to us (e.g. phone, mobile or e-mail), through the Services, or through our marketing Universes on any other sites or platforms.

If you wish not to receive such promotional communications, you may notify Hubble at any time by e-mailing us at <help@hubble.vote> or by following the “unsubscribe”, “stop” or “change e-mail preferences” instructions contained in the promotional communications you receive.

# VIII - Cookies and Trackers

We and certain service providers may use cookies and similar tracking technologies throughout our services. These technologies are used mostly for stability, security, functionality, performance and marketing purposes.

Our Services and some of our Service Providers utilize “cookies”, anonymous identifiers and other tracking technologies which help us provide and improve our Services, personalize your experience and monitor the performance of our activities and Universes. A “cookie” is a small text file that is used, for example, to collect data about activity on our Site. Some cookies and other technologies serve to recall PII, such as an IP address, previously indicated by the user. While we do not change our practices in response to a “Do Not Track” signal in the HTTP header from a browser or mobile application, most browsers allow you to control cookies, including whether or not to accept them and to remove them. You may set most browsers to notify you if you receive a cookie, or you may choose to block cookies with your browser.

## Cookie Policy

Hubble uses certain monitoring and tracking technologies, such as cookies, beacons, pixels, tags and scripts (collectively, “Cookies”). Cookies are small text files that are stored by the browser (for example, Google Chrome or Safari) on your computer or mobile device. They allow websites to store things like user preferences. You can think of Cookies as providing a 'memory' for the website so that it can recognize you when you come back and respond appropriately.

### **How does Hubble use Cookies?**

**PERFORMANCE COOKIES:** This type of cookie remembers your preferences for tools found on the services, so you don't have to re-set them each time you visit.

**REGISTRATION COOKIES:** When you register and sign in to our Services, we generate Cookies that let us know whether you are signed in or not. Our servers use these Cookies to work out which account you are signed in with and if you are allowed to access to a particular service.

# IX - Data Deletion

You may ask us to delete PII we hold about you at any time. What you need to do depends on whose data it is and who acts as its Data Controller, as explained in II - Data Controller and Data Processor.

### Account Data

If you hold an account with us as an Owner, Manager, Member, or Engager, you may ask us to delete your Account Data. Write to us at <hello@hubble.vote> from the e-mail address on the account. If you write from a different address, we will ask you to verify that the account is yours. We will delete your name, contact details, profile image, login details, and your activity records, and we will confirm by e-mail once this is done.

An Owner or Manager may also remove you from their Universe from within the Platform. Doing so ends your access to that Universe but does not delete your account, so write to us as well if you want your Account Data deleted.

### Closing your account from the mobile application

You may close your account from the Hubble application for iPhone, iPad, and Mac without contacting us first:

1. Open the application and sign in.
2. Select Profile from the tab bar, or from the sidebar on iPad and Mac.
3. In the Danger Zone section, select Deactivate Account.
4. Enter your password, select Deactivate Account, and confirm.

{% hint style="warning" %}
Closing your account cannot be undone.
{% endhint %}

Closing your account takes effect immediately. It signs you out on every device, revokes the application's access tokens, ends push notifications, and erases the turfs, visits, survey answers, and contact records held on your device. Removing the application from your device also deletes that local copy.

Closing your account ends all access to it. To also have your Account Data erased from our systems, write to <hello@hubble.vote> once you have closed it and we will delete it and confirm. If you are the Owner of a Universe, this may take longer, because ownership has to be transferred or the Universe closed first.

### Universe data

Owners are the Data Controller of their Managers', Members', and Engagers' PII. An Owner may ask us to delete their Universe and everything held under it, including Member and Engager records, communications, financial records, and uploaded files. Write to <hello@hubble.vote> from an account with Owner access. We will confirm the request before acting on it, because deleting a Universe also destroys records the Owner may be required by law to retain.

### PII held by a Universe you engage with

Where an Owner uses the Platform to hold PII about you as a Member or Engager, that Owner is the Data Controller of it. They determine what is collected and how long it is kept. We process it on their behalf and only on their instructions, and we do not delete it on our own initiative.

Address your request to that Owner directly. We will carry out the deletion once they instruct us to. If you are not certain which Universe holds your PII, write to <hello@hubble.vote> and we will help you identify it.

### Connected social accounts

Where an Owner or Manager has connected a social media account to their Universe, currently a Facebook Page, we store the Page's identifier, the Page's name, the permissions the platform granted, the date of the connection, the Manager who made it, and an encrypted access token that authorizes us to publish the posts scheduled in the Universe. We do not collect your social media profile, your friends or followers, your e-mail address held by that platform, your private messages, your advertising accounts, or any data about the people who follow or interact with the Page.

To delete this data:

1. Sign in to the Platform and open Communication, then Shares.
2. Select the connected Facebook Page and choose Disconnect.

Disconnecting deletes the stored access token immediately and ends our ability to publish to the Page. Posts already published remain on the Page, and may be removed there. We retain our own record of what was published and to which Page; write to <hello@hubble.vote> if you want that record deleted as well.

You may also revoke our access from the platform's own settings. In Facebook, open Settings & Privacy, then Settings, then Apps and Websites, select Hubble, and remove it. This ends our access in the same way.

### What happens once we delete

We remove the data from our live systems when we act on your request, and in any event no later than 30 days afterwards. Copies may remain in our encrypted backups for up to \[30] days beyond that, until the ordinary backup rotation overwrites them. We do not restore deleted data from a backup except where required to recover the Services following a failure.

We may retain certain data after a deletion request where the law requires it, including campaign finance records an Owner is obliged to retain and report, and data we need in order to resolve a dispute or enforce our agreements. Where this applies to your request, we will tell you what was retained and why.

If you have any questions about deleting your data, please contact us at <hello@hubble.vote>.

# X - Additional Notices

## Updates and amendments

We may update and amend this Notice from time to time by posting an amended version on our Services. The amended version will be effective as of the published effective date. We will provide a 10-days' prior notice if any substantial changes are involved, via any of the communication means available to us, or on the Services. After this notice period, all amendments shall be deemed accepted by you. If you do not agree to changes to this Privacy Policy, you must stop using the site after the effective date of such changes (which is the “last updated” date of this Privacy Policy).

## External links

While our Services may contain links to other websites or services, we are not responsible for their privacy practices, and encourage you to pay attention when you leave our Services and to read the privacy notices of each and every website and service you visit. This Notice applies only to our Services.

## Children's Privacy

Our Services are not designated to attract children under the age of 17. We do not knowingly collect PII from children and do not wish to do so. If we learn that a child is using the Services, we will prohibit and block such use and will make all efforts to promptly delete any PII stored with us with regard to such child. If you believe that we might have any such data, please contact us at <hello@hubble.vote>.
